The Assessment System is broken causing Billions of property taxes dollars ($1,000,000,000+) to be paid by the wrong people. In the current system, "Chapter 123" legally creates a 30% range of acceptable inaccuracy that protects the municipalities and causes over and under payments from taxpayers for long periods of time. Another problem is the non-compliance / enforcement of current laws and guidelines to force municipalities in performing revaluations to bring properties to Market Value.
